Communities

Now that you understand AguaClara’s history, hopefully you can see a common goal throughout - helping underprivileged communities get access to clean water. The most important part of the AguaClara community is the communities themselves. They perform plant maintenance and operation, educate Cornell students who visit Honduras every January, but most of all their presence in the larger AC community they give us motivation to continue to expand the community with even more water treatment plants. Quite simply, without these communities ACR would have no reason to exist.
